What are the different mode of payments you accept?
Payment via Paypal gives you instant booking. Payment on arrival means you need to meet us at our office or we can meet you at your hotel.

Add your payment details via Paypal, and you’re done. We will send you an instant confirmation. Bring your receipt the day of the tour. How many people can join a tour?
You can expect anywhere from 9-14 people on a trip but the average is 10.
Are airport transfers included?
Transfers from the airport are sometimes included – it depends on the number of trips you purchase and number of people in your group. Please contact us directly for more specifics.
Is tipping included and if not, how much should I give ?
Tips are not included in the tour price and tipping is entirely at your discretion.
Can I ask a question about a tour before I purchase?
Yes! If you have a question about a tour, just click “Contact Us” and send us a message. We’ll get back to you via email ASAP.
How do I know if a tour is really going to be excellent?
We personally experience all of our tours to make sure the surroundings, activities, and guides have got what it takes to lead an awesome experience. We’re always on the lookout for the most uniquely qualified people and we take great pride in each and every host that we choose.

How do I book a tour?
To get started, add desired tour into your cart on the tour page. You’ll be sent to a checkout page where you can enter your payment information and finish your purchase.
Do you need deposit upon booking?
For an instant booking, yes.
Do you have special relationships with tour operator?
Yes, we sign contracts with all of our local tour operators and suppliers in order to provide the best deal, and best experiences, for our customer.
Have you experienced all the tours listed in your website?
Yes, our tour manager/owner has been on every tour listed. But most importantly, our partners are very experienced and we have been working together for many years.

Do you take credit card?
Booking online requires a paypal or credit card payment. Only on site, day-of bookings require cash payment.
Can I make online reservations?
Yes, you can reserve your outing and pay for it all online.
Because we are open every day of the year, we can usually accommodate all travelers. However, booking online is recommended, just to be certain.
You will receive trip confirmation 24-48 hours from booking, usually much faster.
Hours of Operation
Tours are available every day of the year. Trips vary in time, but usually sites open around 9:00 am and close by 6:00 pm or whenever the last group has finished.
Am I allowed to change my tour date?
You may definitely change your tour date, but please let us know a few days in advance. You may lose a deposit or be charged a change fee otherwise.
What is the monsoon season? Will monsoon weather affect my tour?
Because we operate all year long, we are in full swing during monsoon season – it’s actually one of our favorite seasons. Many people mistakenly believe that monsoon season is all rain and no fun! However, it’s usually short periods of a lot rain, and often time it is in the afternoon after our tours are finished. The forest is in full bloom during the rainy season, making for a beautiful outing despite any bad weather. Rain gear can be purchased locally.
Can we bring all our suitcases and if we are going to be dropped off at the airport ?
Yes, but there is an extra charge for bigger luggage.
Do you have a French-speaking guide ?
We have French speaking guide available for private tours. All group join-in tours use an English-speaking guide.
What is the difference between private tour and a group join-in tour ?
During a group join-in tour, you will join with other people you do not necessarily know (yet!). A group tour is available daily, and the size is approximately 12 people.
On a private tour, we will arrange the outing for just you and your group of friends, family members, or work colleagues. You will not join others and will be provided with your own private vehicle, driver, and tour guide.

I am travelling solo, can I join a tour with other people ?
Yes! Joining a group tour is a great value and lots of fun – the groups usually don’t go over 12 people in size, and are available daily.
Can I get a discount for my large group?
Please contact us directly to discuss a possible group discount.

When do I need to book my tour?
For a group join-in tour , you only need to book 1 day before the trip start, though your travel arrangements should be booked at least 24 hours prior to travel. For personalized tours and holiday packages, it is usually best to book at least three weeks before your tour date. If you’d like a tour for a large group, it is best to book your trip a few months ahead of time. Booking in advance gives us more time to procure the best tours and experiences for you.
Can I reserve my trip via phone?
No, you must make your reservation on the web. You may always give us a call at the office if you need help booking or if you need any information to help you choose the right outing.
How do I know that my reservation has been made?
You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive your email, let us know by sending a message to: [email protected] or calling the office: 08 01 21 10 53 (Tass), 093 198 1525 (Emmie).
Can I pay at the beginning of a trip?
Yes, but we accept only cash if you are paying the day of your trip.
Can we pay by a credit card?
You can use your credit card online only.
What types of food would we expect on Tour?
All of the food is local Thai cuisine, but we can make sure to provide vegetarian and halaal meals. Please let us know prior to your trip if you have special dietary requirements.
What is the maximum and minimum number of people that you will take on a tour?
For a join-in tour, the minimum is 2 people and the maximum is 12 people.
How can I guarantee my booking if I don’t have a paypal account?
You can pay by a bank transfer, we will send you invoice and a bank detail to your email.
Can I get a quote for a private tour?
Yes, email, fill out the web form, or call us with your information and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Pick up and drop off location
We will pick you up from any Chiang Mai accommodations in a 3KM radius – if you are outside of our pick up zone, you will have to make arrangements with us or meet the group at a point inside Chiang Mai.
