What to bring on trek ?
Two pairs of short pants
Two pairs of socks
A Long-sleeved shirt and long pants (nights can be quite cool especially during the winter season of October, November, and December )
Walking shoes and sandals or flip flops
A raincoat (during the rainy season of June, July & August)
Personal toiletries, including toilet paper
Personal first-aid kit (bandages, etc.)
Any prescription medication you require like an asthma inhaler or other meds.
What type of food is served on the trek?
All of the food is local Thai cuisine, but we can make sure to provide vegetarian and halaal meals. Please let us know prior to your trip if you have special dietary requirements.
What about sleeping bags, mattresses and pillows?
We will provide the mattress, blankets, and pillows for the overnight stay.
What is the accommodation like?
Accommodations are bamboo cottages.
Is it possible to leave luggage in your office for the duration of the trip?
Yes, it is possible. You can keep your luggage at our trekking operator partner office. Please inform our tour guide on date of tour.
