Am I fit enough for this particular trek?

Your own personal fitness is a question you must answer by yourself, but we’ve made it as easy as possible to choose what trek is right for you by noting the difficulty of each trip. Treks can vary from Easy to Moderate to Strenuous to Tough. Treks are graded based on the number of hours spent walking, and factors such as terrain, weather conditions, and altitude. You will comfortably walk at your own pace, as we provide enough guides to escort trekkers of all speeds.
