Transportation Included : Benefit from seamless transportation with our service that includes pick-up and drop-off from any hotel or guesthouse in Chiang Mai within a 3 km radius. A tour guide and a minivan with an experienced driver will ensure your comfort and safety throughout the trip.

• 2.30 pm – 3 pm: Pick you up from the hotel/guesthouse.
• 4.00 pm : On the way to the event.
• 4.30 pm – 5.00 pm: Arrive at the venue (Lanna Dhutanga) one hour before the ceremony begins, which is before 6:00 p.m
  • Receive souvenirs / a meal box filled with delicious food
  • Take the opportunity to visit the cultural exhibition about the traditions of the Lanna and the hill tribes, presented by the Foundation’s scholarship holders.
• 6:00 pm: All honored guests and tourists are invited to enter the ceremony area.
• 7:00 pm: The ceremony begins with regulative announcements by the MC, followed by chanting and meditation.
• 7:30 pm: Participation in the circumambulation ceremony and the lighting ceremony.
• 8:00 pm: Ceremony to pay homage to the Lord by releasing lanterns.
• 8.30 – 9.30 pm: End of the ceremony.

• Transportation : We pick up you at any Chiang Mai City Hotel or Guesthouse in a 3KM radius and drive you back to you hotel after the event **

• 1 Dhammachai sky lantern (No Krathong)
• A voucher for a dinner with a selection of simple Thai dishes with snacks, desserts and non-alcoholic drinks.

Security 

• Provide ambulance services for tourists in case of emergency.
• Provide fire trucks and rescue teams to ensure the safety of tourists in case of emergency.
• Provide police officers to ensure the safety of visiting tourists.
• Because rituals such as prayers, meditation, and lantern launching are important parts of the Buddhist ceremony, participants should strictly follow the MC’s instructions for peace of mind and security.

Other

• Participate in religious activities with respect and peace for the sanctity of the ceremony.
• No drinking alcohol & No Smoking in the temple.
• Age of participants must be at least 12 years old in order to follow the security policy and to avoid causing noise disturbance to other participants.
• The organizer takes risks from an unexpected events that cannot be prevented such as natural disasters, and domestic politics which may be the reason that makes the Yeepeng Lanna International cannot be organized, the tickets are non-refundable in all cases. Participants must agree to accept the risk.

• Your order/receipt number to our tour guide at your hotel to receive the ticket in person.

Dress Code

• Participants are kindly requested to dress in Lanna Thai attire or polite white clothing.

Additional Informations

• Guests won't be able to arrive by their own vehicle or cab; the agency will provide transportation.
• There is no E- ticket provided. We have taken these measures to ensure the security of the event and prevent the entry of unauthorized persons. Our guide will give you the ticket in person.
