This unique event promises an unforgettable experience where the night sky will be decorated with a thousand lanterns, each carrying hope, dreams and wishes to the heavens.

Immerse yourself in a night of culture and spirituality and have access to all the main events and activities.

Transportation Included : Benefit from seamless transportation with our service that includes pick-up and drop-off from any hotel or guesthouse in Chiang Mai within a 3 km radius. A tour guide and a minivan with an experienced driver will ensure your comfort and safety throughout the trip.

• 1:30 – 2 PM: Pick up from your hotel or guesthouse in Chiang Mai (within a radius of 3 km).  We do not offer airport pick-up under any circumstances. Please check the arrival times of your flights to make sure you can join the tour.
• 2:30 PM – 3 PM: Check in, receive your souvenir kit and explore the Spirituality & Aesthetics Exhibition.
• 4 PM: Enjoy a buffet with a variety of Thai dishes, snacks, desserts and soft drinks.
• 6 PM: Enter the ritual area and watch a lantern launching safety demonstration.
• 7 PM: Participate in a religious ceremony with chanting, meditation and a candlelight procession.
• 8 PM: Pay homage to Lord Buddha by lighting candles and releasing sky lanterns.
• 8:30 PM: End of the ceremony.
• 9:15 – 9:45 PM: Return to your hotel.

• Transportation: We will pick you up from any hotel or guesthouse in Chiang Mai within a radius of 3 km and bring you back to your hotel after the event. If you are staying outside this area, please meet us at the agreed meeting point.Please be ready at your hotel by 14:00. Please check your flight arrival times in advance.

• Souvenir kit (includes mosquito repellent, rain gear and a bottle of water)
• 1 Dhammachai sky lantern (no Krathong)

Security 

• Provide ambulance services for tourists in case of emergency.
• Provide fire trucks and rescue teams to ensure the safety of tourists in case of emergency.
• Provide police officers to ensure the safety of visiting tourists.
• Because rituals such as prayers, meditation, and lantern launching are important parts of the Buddhist ceremony, participants should strictly follow the MC’s instructions for peace of mind and security.

Other

• Participate in religious activities with respect and peace for the sanctity of the ceremony.
• No drinking alcohol & No Smoking in the temple.
• Age of participants must be at least 12 years old in order to follow the security policy and to avoid causing noise disturbance to other participants.
• The organizer takes risks from an unexpected events that cannot be prevented such as natural disasters, and domestic politics which may be the reason that makes the Yeepeng Lanna International cannot be organized, the tickets are non-refundable in all cases. Participants must agree to accept the risk.

What to bring

• A photocopy of your passport or a photo on your cell phone.
• Your order/receipt number to our tour guide at your hotel to receive the ticket in person.

Dress Code

• Participants are kindly requested to dress in Lanna Thai attire or polite white clothing.

Additional Informations

• Due to the limited parking facilities, transportation with a guide is offered.
• There is no E- ticket provided. We have taken these measures to ensure the security of the event and prevent the entry of unauthorized persons. Our guide will give you the ticket in person.
