Overview

Explore three stunning provinces on this fantastic five day and four night tour across northern Thailand: Mae Hong Son, Chiang Rai, and Chiang Mai. Highlights of this trip include the famous mountain town of Pai, experiencing the natural beauty of caves, waterfalls, and breathtaking viewpoints as well as temple hopping around the region. There are also historical sites and activities to experience along the way with many opportunities to enjoy delicious Thai, Burmese, and Yunnan food before the tour ends back in Chiang Mai.

Day 1

• 8 AM : Meet in your hotel lobby
• 11 AM : Enjoy views of natural scenery among narrow ledges at Pai Canyon
• 11:45 AM : Cross over the Pai River at Pai Memorial Bridge
• 12:30 PM : Overlook the scenic valley at Pai Coffee in Love
• 1:30 PM : Eat lunch at a local restaurant
• 2:30 PM : Transfer to Mae Hong Son
• 4:30 PM : Explore the lakeside temples at Wat Jong Kham
• 6:30 PM : Have dinner at a Thai restaurant
• 8 PM : Arrive at your accommodation at Mae Hong Son

Day 2

• 8 AM : Meet in your hotel lobby
• 8:15 AM : Visit the Burmese temple Wat Phra That Doi Kong Mu on top of a hill
• 9 AM : Relax with a mud treatment at Phu Klon Mud Spa
• 11 AM : Explore the Ban Rak Thai Village and nearby tea plantation
• 1 PM : Enjoy a Thai lunch
• 3 PM : Explore the Tham Pla Lod by bamboo raft
• 5 PM : Arrive at your accommodation at Pai

Day 3

• 8:30 AM : Meet in your hotel lobby
• 9 AM : Enjoy views of the valley at Pai Yun Lai Viewpoint
• 10 AM : Learn about Yunnan culture at the historical Santichon Chinese Village
• 11 AM : Visit Wat Nam Hu
• 12 PM : Eat lunch at a local restaurant
• 1 PM : Depart Pai
• 5 PM : Visit the iconic Doi Suthep Temple on the mountainside
• 7 PM : Enjoy a Khantoke Dinner and Dance Show at Old Chiang mai Cultural Center
• 9:30 PM : Arrive at your accommodation at Chiang Mai

Day 4

• 7:30 AM : Meet in your hotel lobby
• 8:30 AM : Enjoy a short coffee break at a natural hot spring
• 10:30 AM : Explore the stunning grounds and buildings at the White Temple
• 12:30 PM : Relax and enjoy a local lunch
• 2:00 PM : Explore the Golden Triangle viewpoint of Thailand, Laos, and Myanmar
• 2:30 PM : Visit the Opium Museum
• 3:30 PM : Visit Chiang Sean the ancient city
• 5:30 PM : Arrive at your accommodation at Chiang Rai

Day 5

• 8:30 AM : Meet your guide in the hotel lobby
• 9:00 AM : Visit the Black House ( Baan Dam Museum)
• 10:30 AM : Visit Wat Rong Suea Ten( the Blue Temple) 
• 11 PM : Depart Chiang Rai; stop at a gas station along the way
• 12:30 PM : Eat lunch at a local restaurant
• 3:30 PM : Arrive at your accommodation at Chiang Mai or the Chiang Mai International Airport
